Chief Operating Officer U.S. Operations
John J. DiBello joined TVM Capital in 1993, and is a General Partner and the Chief Financial Officer of TVM Capital, as well as the COO of TVM Capital’s U.S. operations. Prior to joining TVM Capital, he spent eight years with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) in Boston, where he was Senior Manager and specialized in the areas of high technology and venture capital with a particular focus on IPOs and M&A transactions. Mr. DiBello serves as a board member for TVM Capital portfolio company VPIsystems. He is also a member of the CFO task force for the National Venture Capital Association (NVCA).
He holds a Bachelor of Science in accountancy, a Master of Science in Business Administration from Bentley University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Partner
Josef Moosholzer joined TVM Capital in April 2001, and serves as Partner in corporate finance. In this role, he leads the Munich accounting and controlling team. His responsibilities include the preparation of TVM Capital’s financial statements, the coordination of internal tax aspects as well as preparation of the quarterly and annual investors’ reports.
Prior to joining TVM Capital, he worked for nearly three years with Apple Computer as Manager of Credit & Financial Services, and also spent six years at Ernst & Young, Germany, where he most recently served as Manager specializing in auditing IT and telecommunications companies. During his time at Ernst & Young, he gained extensive experience in auditing national and international companies, financial due diligence as well as extensive knowledge in German and U.S. GAAP. Prior to Ernst & Young, he worked as Controller at an international software distribution company.
Mr. Moosholzer earned a degree in business administration at the University of Munich.
Controller
Ms. Crawford joined TVM Capital in 1994, and serves as Controller of US Operations. She is responsible for preparing annual audited financial statements, quarterly financial statements, US tax reporting, SEC reporting, cash management and general accounting.
Prior to joining TVM Capital, she worked at Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLC), where she was Executive Assistant to the General Partner of the Small Business Industry Practice.
Ms. Crawford holds a B.S. in Accounting from Bentley College and an MBA from Northeastern University.
Controller
Rolf Starck joined TVM Capital in January 2002, and is a Controller for the corporate finance team. He is responsible for reporting, group-controlling and internal controlling. Prior to TVM Capital, he spent more than seven years at Deutsche Telekom, where he served in several positions in finance and controlling. He also was Senior Controller at Tech Data Europe, an international IT distribution company, where he was responsible for international group controlling and reporting. He has extensive experience in controlling and reporting as well as in German and U.S. GAAP.
Mr. Starck holds a business economics degree from the University of Applied Sciences (Fachhochschule) in Munich.
