Josef Moosholzer

Josef Moosholzer

Partner

Josef Moosholzer joined TVM Capital in April 2001, and serves as Partner in corporate finance. In this role, he leads the Munich accounting and controlling team. His responsibilities include the preparation of TVM Capital’s financial statements, the coordination of internal tax aspects as well as preparation of the quarterly and annual investors’ reports.

Prior to joining TVM Capital, he worked for nearly three years with Apple Computer as Manager of Credit & Financial Services, and also spent six years at Ernst & Young, Germany, where he most recently served as Manager specializing in auditing IT and telecommunications companies. During his time at Ernst & Young, he gained extensive experience in auditing national and international companies, financial due diligence as well as extensive knowledge in German and U.S. GAAP. Prior to Ernst & Young, he worked as Controller at an international software distribution company.
Mr. Moosholzer earned a degree in business administration at the University of Munich.

Rolf Starck

Rolf Starck

Controller

Rolf Starck joined TVM Capital in January 2002, and is a Controller for the corporate finance team. He is responsible for reporting, group-controlling and internal controlling. Prior to TVM Capital, he spent more than seven years at Deutsche Telekom, where he served in several positions in finance and controlling. He also was Senior Controller at Tech Data Europe, an international IT distribution company, where he was responsible for international group controlling and reporting. He has extensive experience in controlling and reporting as well as in German and U.S. GAAP.

Mr. Starck holds a business economics degree from the University of Applied Sciences (Fachhochschule) in Munich.
