John J. DiBello joined TVM Capital in 1993, and is General Partner, COO and CFO of TVM Capital’s U.S. operations. Prior to joining TVM Capital, he spent eight years with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) in Boston, where he was Senior Manager and specialized in the areas of high technology and venture capital with a particular focus on IPOs and M&A transactions. Mr. DiBello serves as a board member for TVM Capital portfolio company VPIsystems. He is also a member of the CFO task force for the National Venture Capital Association (NVCA).
He holds a Bachelor of Science in accountancy, a Master of Science in Business Administration from Bentley University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
