CeBIT: official premiere for Netviewer’s Version 6
Web conferences and online support on a new technological basis
Karlsruhe / Hanover, March 1, 2010 –Netviewer AG, the European market leader in the field of web conference solutions, will at the CeBIT trade fair (Hanover 2 – 6 March – Hall 8, Stand C30) be officially presenting Version 6 of its popular solutions for web conferences and online support. Netviewer Meet and Netviewer Support have now been placed on new, up-to-the-future technological foundations, and score highly in terms of even user-friendlier operation and further enhanced security.
More than 9 million online meetings and support sessions were held in 2009 using Netviewer’s computer centres. This vast fund of experience, plus abundant feedback from customers (who range from small firms to DAX-listed corporations), have been incorporated in the development work
for Version 6.
For as little as 29.90 euros a month, Netviewer Meet and Netviewer Support are available for immediate use as ultra-convenient software-as-a-service solutions. Prospective customers are invited to test them on a 14-day free trial, and can familiarise themselves with the advantages offered
by the new “MyNetviewer” portal. With Version 6, for instance, the user profile and the licence can be conveniently managed over the customer portal. Another new feature in Version 6 is the significantly improved support for MacOS. For private users, the service is free of charge.
Netviewer will be showcasing its corporate capabilities at the CeBIT in Hall 8 on the large green IT area of Bitkom and BMU, and will also be regularly demonstrating its solutions with presentations and platform discussions in the stage programme (see Press Release / Date Reminders of 24.
