TVM Capital Promotes Steffen Schuster to General Partner
September 4, 2008, Munich, Germany - TVM Capital announces the promotion of Steffen Schuster as a General Partner effective August 1, 2008.
Mr Schuster joined the TVM Capital Munich office in February 2008 as a principal in the corporate Finance team. With significant experience in the communications industry, Mr. Schuster has since focused on technology investments in the TVM Capital portfolio. In his tenure at TVM Capital, he has supported the investment in Winbox, and he has taken TVM Capital’s second board seats in alfabet AG, Berlin and Definiens AG, Munich.

Prior to his tenure at TVM Capital Steffen Schuster was the chief financial officer of publicly traded Cycos AG (YOS.DE), where he successfully managed a corporate turnaround followed by an international expansion of business operations through his management of finances, controlling, investor relations, human resources, information technology. He also has extensive experience as Managing Director Finance and investment partner at Mustang Ventures, the very successful venture capital arm of Siemens I&C, which he co-founded. He holds a Master of Economics (Dipl.-Kfm.) of the University of Saarbrücken.
