TVM Capital Expands Munich Corporate Finance Team with Steffen Schuster; Promotes Robert W. Schrimpff to Principal;
February 11, 2008, Munich, Germany -- TVM Capital announces the addition of Steffen Schuster as a Principal to the Corporate Finance Team and the promotion of Robert W. Schrimpff to Principal of the Technology Team. Both positions are effective February 1st.
Steffen Schuster
With experience in the communications industry, Mr. Schuster will focus on technology investments in the TVM Capital portfolio. He has a strong background in finance and mergers and acquisitions. As the Chief Financial Officer of publicly traded Cycos AG (YOS.DE), Mr. Schuster successfully managed a corporate turnaround followed by an international expansion of business operations through his management of finances, controlling, investor relations, human resources, information technology, and quality management.
Prior to his tenure at Cycos, Steffen was an investment partner at I+C Mustang Funds for Europe and Israel, a part of Siemens Venture Capital GmbH. After several successful years with the Siemens Network Division in various positions in international M&A and controlling of large information technology service projects in Asia and Africa he co-founded the Mustang Ventures fund, where he was MD Finance and investment partner.

Steffen holds a Master of Economics (Dipl.-Kfm.) of the University of Saarbrücken.
Robert W. Schrimpff
Mr. Schrimpff joined the TVM Capital Technology practice in October 2006 as an associate based in Munich and was promoted to Senior Associate in 2007. Prior to his tenure with TVM Capital, he assessed energy generation technologies for Shell Renewables where he developed an interest and expertise in clean energy generation, efficient energy distribution, storage, improving energy efficiency as well as better waste treatment and water purification technologies.

Robert holds a Masters degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College, London, and an MBA from INSEAD, where he co-founded the INSEAD Energy Club.
